I’m still alive, I promise. I’ve just had assignments thrown at me from all kinds of directions. I’m still running and working out. I just had to take a week off because I was sick and now I’m back to the grind and it’s good to be back.

It’s been five days since my last work out, I hit a slump and I dropped to 110lbs but I’m sure it’ll go back up with the way things have been going. I’ve just been so tired, I don’t know why I guess it’s because it’s from a lack of sleep or it’s because of all the crap I consumed over the last few days of my reading week. Anyway, classes are back in motion and I have no energy, definitely tomorrow I’m going to pull through and finish up the 30 Day Shred no matter what.
